CHONNAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HWASUN HOSPITAL
- Nature-friendly Hwasun Hospital is the first national university hospital in Korea to be established in the rural province.
- It houses a cancer center and a joint disease center. Hwasun Hospital has long been reputed as the best in the treatment of cancer and joint diseases outside the capital Seoul. In addition, the hospital has a health promotion center for farmers and fishers, only such a center in Korea, and environmental disease research center.
CHONNAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY DENTAL HOSPITAL
- The hospital of School of Dentistry was rebuilt for modernization and relocated to the beautiful Yongbong Campus in 2008.Dental Hospital is composed of eight clinical divisions to provide optimized dental care. Among others, the hospital is credited for the development of the 3D imaging and analysis method of the jaw joint as the world's first.
