    It is divided into the structural aspect in which whether or not each item meets the standard is evaluated in terms of human resources, material resources, and financial resources necessary for providing medical services, and the process aspect in which actions between medical service providers and patients or inside themselves are evaluated, and the resulting aspect including physical, social, and psychological factors by health and medical services and patient's satisfaction.

CPR education for all employee (CPR education photo attached) Chonnam National University Hospital has performed CPR education every year for all employees including professors and residents since 2009. The purpose of this education is to train employees to properly deal with medical emergencies that require cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).

Resident education Chonnam National University Hospital leads the benevolent art of medicine with exhaustive education. Education · research · medical service is a one thing. We try our best not only in resident education but also in clinical education for students in medical sciences (medicine·dentistry·nursing·pharmacology), for training excellent medical staffs with both professional knowledge and personal qualities.
