Medical Records
In order to protect patient privacy, the medical institution is responsible for keeping the confidentiality of the medical records. The patient's medical records can be accessed and issued only with consent of the patient. [Related law – Medical Service Act Article 19 and 21]
How to Issue

For the issuance service of Dermatology department, the patient can request medical records after the consultation and approved by the doctor.
